Ashurst is advising DnB NOR Bank ASA, Swedbank AB (publ), Nordea Bank Norge ASA and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) on their financing of private equity investment firm Nordic Capital’s acquisition of Handicare.

Handicare offers solutions and support to increase the independence of disabled or elderly people as well as to improve the convenience of those who are caring for them.
