DocMorris Pharmacies (Admenta Sverige AB) has signed an agreement with Logica Sverige AB regarding outsourcing of IT services for their pharmaceutical business.
Admenta is a subsidiary within the Celesio Group, a world leading actor on the healthcare, medical and pharmaceutical market. The DocMorris pharmacies are currently situated on approximately 50 different locations throughout Sweden and are expanding on the Swedish market.
Admenta was advised by Mannheimer Swartling. The firm’s team was led by Niklas Bogefors, primarily assisted by Julia Brugge.
