International law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has advised Alcatel Lucent on its high yield debt offering of €500 million in principal amount of 8.50% Senior Notes.
The Freshfields team included London-based partners, Don Guiney and Sarah Murphy, Paris-based partners, Dougall Molson and David Revcolevschi, London-based associates Dan Mcnamee and Amanda Jantzi and Paris-based counsel Lee Neumann, supported by Freshfields’ London and Paris corporate, finance and tax practice groups.

Deals completed since Gil’s arrival include: the innovative infrastructure holding company high yield for BAA (led by Sarah Murphy) and the German law governed high yield for KUKA Robotics (led by Gil Strauss).
