Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm advised Wolters Kluwer Health, a leading provider of information and business intelligence to the medical, nursing, allied health and pharmacy industries, on its definitive agreement to acquire Pharmacy OneSource, Inc., a leading healthcare Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider.
The transaction is expected to close by the end of the year. Corporate partner Thad Malik and corporate of counsel Jill Sheiman led the Paul Hastings team.
