Davis Polk Advises Exxon Mobil Corporation on Tender Offers

Davis Polk advised Exxon Mobil Corporation in connection with tender offers to purchase an aggregate principal amount of $1.244 billion of certain outstanding debt securities of its wholly owned subsidiary, XTO Energy Inc. Barclays Capital Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC were the dealer managers in connection with the tender offers.

Based in Irving, Texas, ExxonMobil, the largest publicly traded international oil and gas company, uses technology and innovation to help meet the world’s growing energy needs. ExxonMobil holds an industry-leading inventory of resources, is the largest refiner and marketer of petroleum products, and its chemical company is one of the largest in the world.
