Simpson Thacher is representing Brambles Limited as U.S. counsel in its acquisition of IFCO Systems NV in a transaction valued at €923 million (U.S. $1.26 billion). The transaction is expected to close by the middle of 2011.
IFCO is a leading provider of pooled reusable plastic containers to the food supply chain worldwide and of pallet services in the U.S.
