Bryan Cave Announces New Leadership Roles for 11 Attorneys

Partners Ronald B. Emanuel of Bryan Cave’s New York office, Laurence M. Frazen of the Kansas City office and Eric S. Prezant of the Chicago office have joined the firm’s Executive Committee. Bryan Cave’s Executive Committee provides oversight of the firm’s strategic direction and its principal policies .

In addition, there have been several other leadership changes, effective Oct. 1:

Chicago Partner Mary Clare Bonaccorsi has been named co-leader of the Life Sciences & Healthcare Client Service Group.

Erik W. Kahn, partner in the New York office, has assumed the role of leader of the Intellectual Property Client Service Group. St. Louis Partner Daniel A. Crowe is the new group deputy leader.

Steven J. Poplawski, partner in the St., Louis office, is the new co-leader of the Environmental Client Service Group.

St. Louis Partner Steven M. Baumer is the new deputy leader of the Transactions Client Service Group.

Bradford B. Lavender, partner in the New York office, is the new deputy leader of the Real Estate & Banking Client Service Group.

St. Louis Partner Elizabeth C. Carver has assumed the role of leader of the Appellate Group.

In addition to these leadership appointments, the firm has announced that Chicago Partner Michael K. Ohm will become the managing partner of the Chicago office, effective Nov. 1.
