Howrey LLP and intellectual property litigation boutique Day Casebeer Madrid and Batchelder LLP has confirmed their plan to merge.  Howrey will be adding Day Casebeer’s nine partners and 16 associates to its firm of 700 attorneys, 300 of which do intellectual property work.
