Jackson Lewis has merged with Berens & Tate, a nine lawyer Nebraska boutique.   These new additions will compose Jackson Lewis’ Omaha office.  Kelly Berens, name partner, will manage the office.  Jackson Lewis now has 552 lawyers and 41 offices.
