Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised Thoma Bravo, which today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Compuware Corporation (CPWR), in a transaction valued at approximately $2.5 billion.
The Kirkland team was led by corporate partners Gerald Nowak, Theodore Peto and Bradley Reed, debt finance partner Francesco Penati, intellectual property partner Seth Traxler and tax partner David Kung.
