New York based securities law firm Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP announced that it has acted as counsel to NTS Inc. (NYSE MKT LLC: NTS) in a merger transaction valued at approximately $140.0 million where Tower Three Partners LLC, a leading operationally oriented private equity firm, acquired all the capital stock of NTS Inc. for $2.00 per share.
NTS is a provider of high speed broadband services, including internet access, digital TV and other services to residential and business customers in northern Texas and southeastern Louisiana. The Sichenzia Ross team was led by partner Arthur Marcus and associate Henry Nisser. Mr. Marcus represented NTS, Inc. for more than seven years from its early days as a long distance provider in Israel to the present day, where it is an international telecommunications firm.
