Global law firm Proskauer advised American Realty Capital Properties, Inc. (ARCP) in its public offering of 120,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $12.00 per share with an aggregate value of $1.4 billion. ARCP also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 18,000,000 additional shares of common stock.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, Barclays, J.P. Morgan, Capital One Securities, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank Securities and Wells Fargo Securities acted as joint bookrunners for the offering.

The Proskauer team was led by Real Estate Capital Markets co-chair Steven Lichtenfeld and included capital markets partner Stuart Bressman and associate Robert Hudson and law clerk Jamaal Myers.
