Jones Day is advising Atlas Resource Partners, L.P. on its $420 million acquisition of oil and gas interests located in the Rangely field in northwest Colorado.
The transaction is expected to close during the second quarter of 2014, subject to customary closing conditions. Houston partners Jeff Schlegel and Omar Samji lead the Jones Day team. The press release provides additional information.
