International law firm Olswang has advised ISIS Equity Partners on its investment in Enterprise Finance, a provider of secured loan broker services, in a deal valuing the company at £28 million.
Enterprise Finance, led by CEO and co-founder Danny Waters and Sales Director Harry Landy, is one of the fastest growing independent UK providers of broker services specialising in the distribution and packaging of secured loans, bridging finance and commercial mortgages.
