The offering was a reopening of American Tower Corporation’s $750 million 3.40% Senior Notes due 2019 and $250 million 5.00% Senior Notes due 2024 issued on August 19, 2013. American Tower Corporation intends to use the proceeds to repay existing indebtedness it incurred under credit facilities, which have been used to fund recent acquisitions.
