Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc. and China Everbright Securities (HK) Limited as the placing agents on China Everbright International Limited’s (“China Everbright”) US$472 million (HK$3.66 billion) top-up placement.
China Everbright is a Hong Kong-listed company focusing on the development of environmental protection businesses.
