Edwards Wildman Represents Boston Dynamics in Its Acquisition by Google

Edwards Wildman represented Boston Dynamics, an MIT robotics spinoff which the firm has advised for two decades, in its acquisition by Google, Inc. on December 10, 2013. Boston Dynamics is renowned for designing legged machines that balance and walk on legs.

A team of Edwards Wildman attorneys, led by Al Sokol, a Business Law partner in the firm’s Boston office, advised on the transaction.
