Simpson Thacher Represents APX Group, Inc. in $250 Million Senior Notes Offering

Simpson Thacher represented APX Group, Inc. (“Vivint”), a Blackstone portfolio company, in connection with its Rule 144A and Regulation S offering of $250 million aggregate principal amount of its 8.75% Senior Notes due 2020. The notes were issued as additional 8.75% Senior Notes due 2020 under the indenture dated as of November 16, 2012. Vivint used the proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.

Vivint, a Delaware corporation headquartered in Provo, Utah, is one of the largest residential security solutions companies and one of the largest and fastest-growing home automation services providers in North America.
