Greenberg Traurig Expands its Government Law & Policy Practice with the Addition of Teddy Eynon in Washington D.C.

The international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP has added Teddy Eynon as a shareholder in its Government Law & Policy Practice. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Eynon was a partner at McDermott Will & Emery and also served as the Deputy Chief of Staff to Arizona Congressman John Shadegg. He will be based out of Greenberg Traurig’s Washington, D.C. office.

Eynon will focus his practice in the areas of government relations and policy matters, including energy and environmental, budget, defense, health care, congressional investigations, financial services, and homeland security policy in all levels of the federal government. He is experienced in monitoring and analyzing federal and state legislative and regulatory processes, and designing strategies to aid in the enactment of state and congressional legislatures.

Beyond his work experience, Eynon and his wife, Elizabeth Manresa, founded Mamie’s Mile, a non-profit named for their daughter, Mamie Grace, which supports the National Down Syndrome Society. He also serves on the Washington, D.C. board of ChildHelp, a non-profit organization dedicated to the protection of children who have been battered and/or abused. Eynon and his wife are also involved with the D.C. Foster Care Program.

Eynon received his LL.M and J.D. from Pace University School of Law and received his B.A. in history and political science from Denison University. He is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and New York.
