DLA Piper is expanding its German Corporate practice with partners Dr Jan Schinköth and Dominik Stühler. Both are moving from Kirkland & Ellis to the Munich office of DLA Piper as of 1 December 2013.
Dr Jan Schinköth and Dominik Stühler are corporate lawyers with a special focus on private equity. They both provide advice to private equity investors and their portfolio companies on all aspects of corporate and finance law.
Dr Jan Geert Meents, Managing Partner of DLA Piper Germany, said: “The fact that Dr Jan Schinköth and Dominik Stühler are joining our firm is of great strategic importance.
