Elizabeth R. Murray has rejoined Frost Brown Todd’s Cincinnati office in the firm’s Personal and Succession Planning practice area. In her practice, Murray will serve clients in the area of domestic relations including divorce, dissolution, prenuptial agreements, adoptions, custody issues, post decree matters, child and spousal support, grandparents’ rights, visitation and collaborative law. She is also a certified mediator.
Murray is a member of the Cincinnati Academy of Collaborative Professionals which is a group that strives to make the process of ending a marriage less stressful. Through collaborative law, the parties are able to control the situation, craft agreements that meet their needs and create a healthy environment for their children.
Murray has been involved in several notable cases, and serves as chair and volunteer for a number of fundraisers and nonprofit organizations throughout Cincinnati such as: Cincinnati Children’s Hospital’s liver transplant and bone marrow transplant divisions, Mary Emery Society, Junior League of Cincinnati, St. Xavier High School, St. Mary School, YMCA – Camp Ernst Capital Campaign and the Cincinnati Sports Club. Murray is also a member of the Cincinnati and Ohio State Bar Associations as well as the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
