Perkins Coie represented client T-Mobile US, Inc. in a $5.6 billion secondary offering of senior unsecured notes by its majority stockholder, Deutsche Telekom AG. The deal closed October 16 and is, according to media reports, the second-largest high-yield debt transaction of the year.
