Bruce and Jeremiah are both recognized by the leading legal directories and the market as leading practitioners in the field of international securitization and structured finance transactions.

Bruce is a standout practitioner in the areas of financial transactions, cross border securitization and asset backed lending. He joins Cadwalader from Mayer Brown.
Jeremiah also joins Cadwalader from Mayer Brown where he was a Banking and Finance Partner. He has far-reaching transaction experience in several areas including structured finance, securitization and derivative transactions across a wide range of asset classes. Jeremiah also advises clients on regulatory matters related to the banking and securitization industries.
