BakerHostetler’s Growth Continues in Chicago: Christopher A. Pesch Joins Business Group

BakerHostetler announced today that Christopher A. Pesch joined the firm’s Business Group as Partner in its Chicago office. He comes to BakerHostetler from Polsinelli PC.

Pesch is experienced in general corporate and securities matters in the banking and insurance industries, including mergers and acquisitions; compliance with federal securities laws; public offerings involving equity, debt and convertible debt; corporate governance and general commercial transactions. Pesch provides representation to public and privately held businesses of all sizes in the areas of corporate finance, securities and business organization and represents purchasers and sellers in business transactions, including divestitures and joint ventures. He also represents financial and strategic buyers, companies expanding market share and companies selling shares to private equity firms and counsels companies on complicated transactions requiring unique structuring.

Pesch earned his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law, 1995, cum laude, Order of the Barristers. His in-house experience includes serving as corporate counsel at Coinstar. Prior to attending law school, he spent 10 years in executive capacities in the investor-owned healthcare industry.
