Offit Kurman Enhances Its Litigation Practice With Addition Of Three-Attorney Litigation Management Group

Offit Kurman welcomes three new attorneys to its litigation practice. Attorneys Philip W. Vogler, Adam R. Brownstein and Michael K. Haley are commercial litigators with, combined, more than fifty years of experience representing and advising clients as litigating counsel and coordinating counsel. Their group has significant experience representing clients, including Fortune 500 companies, in complex multi-jurisdictional matters. Also joining the firm as part of their group are two paralegals and two support staff.

Vogler, Brownstein and Haley represent local and national clients in a wide range of industries, including pharmaceutical, construction, engineering and product manufacturing. They have substantial experience in handling trials and appeals in cases involving complex litigation and product liability litigation, particularly in asbestos and silica-related matters. Aside from complex and product liability litigation, they also handle general litigation matters.

On making the move to Offit Kurman, Vogler states,

“The move to Offit Kurman is a logical extension of our group’s capabilities. The breadth and depth of resources that Offit Kurman offers is the perfect fit for our practice and our clients’ current and future needs.”

“We know the addition of  The Vogler Group to our litigation practice will be a key element in the firm’s growth, especially in Pennsylvania,” says Ted Offit, co-founder and Managing Partner of Offit Kurman. “The Vogler Group is held in high regard in our industry, and their experience and expertise will be a tremendous asset to the firm.”

The Vogler Group will be based out of the firm’s Philadelphia office.
