Saul Ewing Strengthens Its Health Law and Tax Capabilities with Newest Philadelphia Partner, Glenn D. Fox

Saul Ewing LLP announced today that Glenn D. Fox has joined the firm as a partner in the Business and Finance Department.

Fox will be a member of the Health, Corporate and Tax practices, resident in the Philadelphia, PA office. He has extensive experience representing numerous business and nonprofit organizations, including senior living, long-term care and other health care providers, in corporate, transactional, tax and financial matters. Fox is also a Certified Public Accountant.

“In addition to Glenn’s experience handling legal matters for health systems, health care providers and senior living entities, his strong background in counseling clients on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and related financial deals will greatly augment the suite of business services we offer our clients,” said Barry F. Levin, chair of the Business and Finance Department.

Until recently, Fox was a shareholder and the senior member of a suburban Philadelphia corporate and estate law firm. Previously, he served as chair of the corporate and municipal bond groups at a national firm based in Philadelphia.

In addition to his legal practice, Fox is a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for the North Penn United Way and is a founding member and current President of the Foundation for the North Penn United Way. He received his LL.M. in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law; his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law; and his B.B.A. from Temple University.
