King & Spalding advised Roark Capital Group, an Atlanta-based private equity firm specializing in franchising, in the acquisition through an affiliate company of Ale House Holdings, Inc. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Ale House Holdings owns and operates 61 restaurants in nine states under the “Miller’s Ale House” name. This successful casual-dining restaurant chain was founded in Jupiter, Florida, in 1988.
