Bond Announces Sharon M. Porcellio Has Joined The Firm

Bond, Schoeneck & King, PLLC is pleased to announce that Sharon M. Porcellio has joined the Firm as a Member of the Litigation Department, resident in the Buffalo and Rochester offices.

Ms. Porcellio represents businesses, professionals, and public entities and officials in commercial and business disputes relating to business acquisitions, trade secrets, unfair competition, civil rights, qui tam/false claims suits, and contract disputes. Ms. Porcellio also has experience in employment law litigation, has conducted sensitive internal investigations, and has assisted employers with regulatory compliance, risk management, restrictive covenants, discriminatory practice claims, employment agreements, and health and safety issues. She also has handled several jury and bench trials and has considerable experience with alternative dispute resolution, having been selected frequently to mediate cases privately and for the Western District of New York.

Ms. Porcellio has been recognized by Super Lawyers in several categories, including the Top 25 Women (Upstate Edition) and Business Litigation (Upstate Edition), and recently was appointed by Chief Judge Lippman to the Commercial Division Advisory Council.  She also writes a quarterly column for the New York Law Journal entitled “Western District Roundup”.
