Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Italian banking group Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. on the tender offer to buy back a maximum €1.5 billion of its outstanding Senior Notes.
Deal Managers on the transaction were Banca IMI, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Société Générale and UBS.
The White & Case team was led by Milan-based partner Paola Leocani with support from associate Federico Morelli.
