Norton Rose Fulbright Enhances Private Equity Offering with Hire of Richard Bull

Global legal practice, Norton Rose Fulbright has appointed Richard Bull to its Corporate, M&A and Securities practice. Richard will join from CMS Cameron McKenna.

Richard acts primarily for private equity clients, sponsors, their portfolio companies and management teams. Richard has extensive experience of transactions in the financial services and technology sectors, as well as other general corporate matters.
