With a focus on what opportunities lie ahead for its clients in the private equity industry, Nixon Peabody LLP has strengthened its nationally recognized private equity practice with the arrival of new partner Stacy L. Vezina.
Based in Nixon Peabody’s Boston office, Ms. Vezina joins one of the most active private equity practices in the market. She focuses her practice on U.S. and international institutional and other investors investing in private investment funds (including real estate funds, mezzanine funds, venture capital funds, buyout funds, funds of funds, and hedge funds) in primary and secondary transactions. Ms. Vezina also represents private investment funds in connection with matters related to fundraising, governance, organizational structure and internal operations.

Ms. Vezina who joins Nixon Peabody from Ropes & Gray LLP graduated from Harvard Law School, cum laude. She earned her undergraduate degree from Gustavus Adolphus College, magna cum laude.
