King & Spalding represented Arcapita Bank, B.S.C., in a definitive agreement to sell its portfolio company 3PD to XPO Logistics, Inc., for $365 million.

XPO Logistics is one of the fastest-growing providers of transportation logistics services in North America and a top-five provider of expedited transportation services.
