International law firm DAC Beachcroft has appointed a new partner in its Health Real Estate team in London.
Nathan East joins DAC Beachcroft after 11 years at Hempsons, where he became a partner in 2009.
East, who trained at Baker & McKenzie, specialises in advising medical professionals, developers, care providers, NHS, regulatory and professional bodies as well as social enterprises, charities and commercial organisations.
He handles all aspects of commercial real estate work in the health sector, specialising in development matters and landlord and tenant, acting for owners and occupiers, as well as large disposals and acquisitions.
Commenting on East’s appointment, DAC Beachcroft Partner Eve Gregory, who leads the firm’s Health Estates team, said: “We are delighted to welcome Nathan to the firm. His appointment adds an important extra dimension to our existing Health practice with his considerable experience of advising GPs.”
