Barnes & Thornburg LLP today announced the arrival of Robert C. Folland. Folland joins the firm in its Columbus office where he will practice in the Finance, Insolvency and Restructuring (FIR) Department.
The former Thompson Hine partner focuses on business matters that include litigation, restructuring, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy for financial institutions, debtors and creditors’ committees. His work on behalf of clients has been regularly recognized by Ohio Super Lawyers, The Best Lawyers in America and Chambers USA.
“Rob brings great energy to the Columbus office and strengthens our capabilities in bankruptcy, financial services, and business litigation among other things. He will be a great fit both with our Ohio team and our firmwide FIR department,” said William A. Nolan, managing partner of the Columbus office.
“I am delighted to join B&T’s Ohio team,” said Folland. “Its unique geographical platform will provide great opportunities for my clients, and the FIR department’s existing practice and mine will complement each other well.”
