Narayan Iyer, currently a partner with Talwar Thakore & Associates (TT&A) in Mumbai, will be re-joining Linklaters in August 2013.
Narayan joined Linklaters as a trainee in 1996. He was a founding member of the firm’s India Practice, and was elected a partner in 2007. Narayan left Linklaters to join the TT&A partnership in late 2009, where he has spent the last three and a half years both developing the firm more broadly and the finance practice specifically.
Narayan will be based in London and will work alongside partners Sandeep Katwala (head of Linklaters’ India Practice) and Savi Hebbur (recently elected Corporate partner) to support clients investing in to India and India corporates and financial institutions as they expand globally and also raise funds in the international markets. With his extensive offshore and on-the ground experience, Narayan will help provide clients with a highly experienced London-based India finance capability. The team in London will continue to work very closely with our Asia based India facing experts.
