He works regularly on Capitol Hill and with key regulatory agencies, particularly the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and U.S. Food and Drug Administration on legislative and regulatory advocacy and counseling matters. Farber received a J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. degree from New York University.
Farber said: “I have been highly impressed with the reputation of King & Spalding in the FDA, life sciences and healthcare areas. The firm is uniquely positioned to service life sciences and healthcare clients at the highest levels. Its lawyers are talented and well-integrated across several areas of my practice. I am excited to be working with them to provide the high-level service our clients need and have come to expect.”
