Leech Tishman Welcomes Donald M. Lund

Leech Tishman recently welcomed Donald M. Lund to its Pittsburgh office.

Don has joined the firm as a partner and will Co-Chair the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. He also practices in the Construction and Energy Practice Groups.  Don focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation matters including contract, business tort, construction, real estate and energy litigation.

For over twenty years, Don has successfully litigated and tried a broad spectrum of commercial litigation matters in numerous state and federal courts for clients including developers, major national retailers, contractors, sub-contractors, and businesses involved in the construction, energy, coal, Marcellus Shale, banking and manufacturing industries. Don spends a great deal of time advising clients on legal matters such as breach of contract, breach of warranty, construction defects, construction payment disputes, declaratory judgments, tort/business tort, contract negotiation, and Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) issues. He has significant experience in alternative dispute resolution, and has arbitrated several commercial and construction matters through private arbitration, common law arbitration and the American Arbitration Association.

Prior to joining Leech Tishman, Don was a Director at Cohen & Grigsby, where he headed the firm’s Construction/Real Estate Litigation Practice.
