Mr. Rancourt’s practice encompasses drafting of employment contracts, termination of employment, occupational health and safety, labour standards and the interpretation and application of collective agreements.

Gilles Rancourt was called to the Quebec Bar in 2000 and was a partner in another large Canadian firm. He teaches labour law at the Quebec Bar School and frequently pleads before grievance arbitration tribunals, the civil courts and the Commission des lésions professionnelles.
