Miller & Martin PLLC is pleased to announce that Edward M. Newsom has joined the firm as a Member in the Atlanta office where he will continue his practice in product liability and toxic torts.
Mr. Newsom has over 30 years of experience and has tried 50 – 60 cases to verdict in state and federal courts in and outside of Georgia, including numerous catastrophic loss cases. He serves as national trial counsel for a Fortune 300 company related to its toxic torts litigation, and has served in this role for over a decade.

Mr. Newsom received his J.D. from The University of North Carolina School of Law in 1982 and a B.A. from The University of North Carolina in 1979 where he was Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. Newsom comes to Miller & Martin from Smith Moore Leatherwood LLP.
