Hall Estill is pleased to announce that William N. Pedranti has joined the firm as a shareholder in the Tulsa office.
He received his B.S. in Business Administration, and minor in Political Science, from the University of Southern California in 1994 and is J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2000. Will concentrates his practice on assisting clients with corporate governance, SEC, compliance, regulatory, litigation, securities and intellectual property issues. He has extensive knowledge and experience in the Biosciences, Healthcare and Life Sciences fields. Prior to going into private practice, he served as a legal consultant to Avanir Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and as Vice President, General Counsel for Spectrum Pharmaceuticals.
