The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP announced that Robert “Bob” James Kline has joined the firm’s Tampa office as a partner in the Trusts & Estates Practice Group.

Prior to joining the firm, Kline was an attorney at Holland & Knight. His practice focuses on estate planning, probate, taxation, probate litigation, trust litigation, beneficiary litigation, and fiduciary liability including the representation of trustees, personal representatives, executors, and other fiduciaries. He also represents a broad range of charitable foundations and other 501(c)(3) organizations, is certified as a Circuit Court Mediator by the Florida Supreme Court, and serves as a mediator in trust and estate cases upon request. He received his LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center, his law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, and his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University.
