Bird & Bird is delighted to announce that it has appointed Malgorzata Darowska as a partner in the Polish office.
Malgorzata will work across the IT and IP practices and has over 13 years’ experience advising clients from a variety of sectors including financial services, energy, IT, media and telecommunications, life sciences and food and beverages. She specialises in technology transfer and commercialisation, e-commerce, privacy and data protection, consumer protection and IP, in particular projects related to IP management.
Malgorzata joins from Dentons where she was Head of the IT&C Practice for over 2 years. Her appointment brings the total number of partners in the office in Poland to four.
