The international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP announced that Jodi R. Goodheart has joined its Las Vegas office as a shareholder.
Goodheart, with more than 30 years of experience, focuses her practice on business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and real estate law. She has served as counsel to lenders, borrowers, buyers, sellers, and developers in many types of financing, acquisitions and dispositions, and real estate development matters. Goodheart served as outside general counsel to a Nevada-based gaming company for more than ten years and has represented outside directors serving on special committees of boards of directors of publicly held and privately held companies.

Goodheart earned her J.D. from George Washington University and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Arizona State University. She is a Fellow to the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL) and a member of the Clark County and American Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice in Nevada and the District of Columbia.
