In practice for more than 35 years, Rick serves as a steadfast advocate for clients — including privately held businesses and their entrepreneurial owners — as he guides them through their most pressing business and corporate transactions.

Rick also has experience in the realm of real estate law, handling all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions, as well as real estate acquisitions, development and financing. He also handles commercial leasing for office and industrial properties. He is also well-versed in estate planning and trust administration, including business succession planning for family and other privately held enterprises.
Rick is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and the New York Bar Association’s Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section. He earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 1973 and his B.A. from Tufts University in 1969.
