The Paris office of global law firm Eversheds has appointed insurance law expert Frédérique de la Chapelle as a partner and Head of Insurance in its international Financial Services Disputes Resolution Team (FSDR).
Frédérique joins the firm from Hascoet & Associés (H&A) and specialises in all issues relating to insurance and reinsurance, including the implementation of policies in France and internationally and the management of disputes in this area. Her clients include both French and overseas insurance companies and multinational corporations.
