Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented RBC Capital Markets, LLC, BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Banking, DNB Markets, Inc. and ING Bank N.V., London Branch as initial purchasers in connection with the Rule 144a/Reg S offering of $350 million of 6.875% senior notes due 2023 by LBC Tank Terminals Holdings Netherlands B.V., a Dutch private company and one of the world’s largest global operators of bulk liquid storage facilities for chemical and oil products. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing debt. The Notes are guaranteed on a senior basis by LBC’s subsidiaries in a multitude of jurisdictions.
The financing also included a separate $396 million senior secured credit facility.
To complete the offering, Paul Hastings lawyers worked with local counsel in several jurisdictions, which included The Netherlands, Belgium, France, Malta, Singapore, Spain and the United States.
