David C. Strosnider Joins Roetzel’s Chicago Office

Roetzel is pleased to announce that David C. Strosnider has joined the firm’s Business Services Group as a partner in the firm’s Chicago office.

“David’s background and experience are the perfect fit for the firm and the Chicago office as we move forward with accomplishing the business goals of the firm,” said Mark D. Belongia, Partner-in-Charge of the firm’s Chicago office. “His addition continues the very positive momentum the firm has in the city and is another important step in putting the Roetzel brand into the forefront in Chicago.”

Mr. Strosnider focuses his practice on employee benefits, executive compensation and ERISA. He provides tax and ERISA advice to public and private companies, and non-profit organizations.

He has extensive experience with qualified retirement plans, including pension, cash balance, profit sharing and 401(k), and employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs). Mr. Strosnider counsels clients regarding tax and ERISA compliance, plan design, administration and termination matters.

Mr. Strosnider also designs and assists in the implementation of executive compensation programs for large private and publicly-held clients, including stock options, restricted stock, restricted stock units, stock appreciation rights and other forms of equity compensation.

Prior to joining Roetzel, Mr. Strosnider was a partner with Ungaretti & Harris LLP in Chicago.

Mr. Strosnider earned his B.A. from Presbyterian College, his J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University and his LL.M in Federal Taxation from Georgetown Law Center.
