Jackson Lewis Opens 53rd Office in Dayton, OH

Jackson Lewis LLP, one of the country’s largest and fastest-growing workplace law firms, is pleased to announce the opening of its 53rd office in Dayton, OH. Karen T. Dunlevey from Bieser, Greer & Landis has joined the office as Partner. Managing Partner of the firm’s Cincinnati office, Scott Carroll, will serve as Managing Partner in Dayton as well.

Ms. Dunlevey counsels employers on how to reduce the risk of litigation, including the development and implementation of effective employment policies, procedures and contracts. Ms. Dunlevey’s litigation experience encompasses cases involving a variety of workplace issues, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, contract disputes, intentional torts, wage and hour disputes and enforcement of non-compete agreements.

She has been certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a Specialist in Labor and Employment since 2002.

Ms. Dunlevey has been recognized by her peers in The Best Lawyers in America® and was named the publication’s “2013 Lawyer of the Year” in Dayton for Labor & Employment Litigation. She has also been named to the list of “Rising Stars” by Ohio Super Lawyers.

Ms. Dunlevey received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1996 and her Bachelor of Science degree from Clarion University of Pennsylvania. She is admitted to practice in Ohio.
