Baker & McKenzie is pleased to announce that Donald Guiney has joined its London Capital Markets Group.
Don joins the Firm from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where he was a partner in the corporate department for 16 years.
Don has worked on some of the largest capital markets transactions in recent years. He is US-qualified and focuses in international debt (both investment grade and high yield), equity (including IPOs and rights issues) and other forms of financing involving companies, investors, major financial institutions and trustees, as well as all forms of liability management for issuers and dealer managers.
