The international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP announced that Michelle D. Gambino has joined the firm’s Litigation practice. Gambino will reside in the firm’s Tysons Corner office.

Gambino is a trial attorney with a diverse practice focusing on complex commercial litigation matters with an emphasis in business disputes, particularly in the areas of employment, construction, real estate and financial services. She regularly represents Fortune 500 businesses, including real estate developers, hotel and hospitality companies, financial institutions, media companies, national retailers, insurers, and publicly traded companies in matters involving breach of contract, unfair competition, fraud, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, negligent hiring and retention, gross negligence, and conspiracy.
Gambino represents national lenders and financial services companies in all aspects of litigation, including claims involving the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act (FRA), RICO, state consumer protection and unfair trade practices laws. She also represents and counsels employers in disputes involving non-competes, wrongful termination, Title VII of the Human Rights Act, the ADEA and the ADA.
Gambino has wide-ranging experience representing companies in a variety of other fields, including pharmaceutical, energy and telecommunications, as well as other large-scale businesses such as transportation companies and national retailers.
In addition to working with a broad client base, she has broad trial court experience in numerous state and federal courts, at both trial court and appellate levels. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, she was at McGuireWoods.
